About Us

Glenn Waters started out in the building industry at age 16, completing a pre apprenticeship at TAFE. He then went on to complete his 4 year apprenticeship with a local builder. Glenn spent a further 10 years after this working as a apart of local teams, and after over 15 years in the trade he then decided to branch out on his own to start Waters Homes in 1998.

Nev's previous career has given him the experience to run the business side of Waters Homes, and he makes it a priority of his role to be available and spend unlimited time to assist with everything from selection of plans through to obtaining land and loans. Nev assists from start to finish, so his clients are supported in every aspect of the construction of their new home.

Glenn and Nev have built their business on constructing every property with precision, ensuring that every inch of each building is completed to the highest standard. This point has been proven time and time again through the feedback received from their clients.

Waters Homes cater for all styles of homes, large or small, specialising in executive style properties, and they use selected and trusted local subcontractors. Their aim is to ensure clients get otal satisfaction every time. Being a father and son team offers a true personalised service, as they communicate around the clock, and their clients find comfort knowing that every aspect of their project is directly overseen by Glenn or Nev only.
